January 2026 Newsletter
Happy new year! As we face a new year, we have a few new challenges that our organization will be facing. We could use your help. If you have any experience in an office space or if you're willing to learn, we could use some extra sets of hands to help our organization to keep thriving.
Give us a call at (81)254-1996 or come to the Community Building Monday-Friday 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. to come learn about how you can help.
We will be hosting Tech Tuesday at Oak Ridge on February 17th at 2 p.m. Join us in the clubhouse if you would like to help teach others how to confidently use their devices.

The First Choice mailing will be hosted at the Community Building Tuesday, January 6th and Wednesday, January 7th from 10 a.m. to noon. We have a few spots available if you would like to come help with folding and labeling.

Bear Workshop is a time when volunteers come together to cut patterns, sew, and stuff teddy bears. These bears go out to children in the hospital, foster care, or who may have been part of a traumatic experience like a car accident. Recently, some of the bears have also been donated to Operation Christmas Shoebox to bless children all over the world. If you would like to be a part of this mission, reach out to us about getting involved.
January 27nd is this month's bear workshop date.
